Faculty of Electrical engineering was founded in 1919 as a unit of Technical Faculty of University of Ljubljana. Nowadays the University ranks among top 3 % universities in the world.

We had a very successful presentation of our Master degree program Advance Power Systems at the International Information Day of the University of Ljubljana. If you missed our interesting presentation, we are pleased to announce that we will be avaliable for the informal meeting with all of you individualy. Due to the high relevance of this study program for society we strive to enroll the best students, which will be capable to meet the challenges in the field of energy and power systems. Due to the Covid-19 situation, the implementation of the Advanced Power Systems study program has been adjusted. Thus, in the 2021/2022 academic year, there will be online lectures and the laboratory work will be limited to few face-to-face weeks with our faculty in Ljubljana, probably at the end of the semester. This will make it easier for you to organize travel to Slovenia, and it will be easier to find suitable accommodation (also in our student residences).

 

The tuition fee for the study option Advanced Power Systems is thus reduced by 50 % (from 8.000 EUR/year to 4.000EUR/year) for students who will be enrolled in the 2021/2022 academic year for both the first and the second year of study. If the tuition fee will stay reduced for the Accademic year 2022/2023 will be depend on courrent Covid situation. Take this opportunity and get a top education in Advanced Power Systems.
