Please follow these instructions: How to fill in an application for 2^nd cycle study programms (online presentation).

The procedure starts with the candidate’s application for study in the Republic of Slovenia, which is submitted in electronic form on the eVŠ portal. The procedure is run by the authorised person at the University Member (academy or faculty).

Documents for recognition of foreign education for enrolment in master and doctoral studies

The required documentations for our program are:

1. *Scan/photo of the diploma (scan all the pages of the document)
2. *Scan/photo of the diploma supplement*, transcript or other relevant document in evidence of content and duration of education. Please contact the relevant authorized person to check if any translations are needed: List of authorized persons at the University of Ljubljana
3. *Scan/photo of chronological description of the completed education (signed by the candidate)
4. Copy of your personal ID/passport

*If the documents are not in Slovene or English language, it is obligatory to official translate and notarize them.
