Step one
Apply Online
Candidates are required to submit their applications online through the eVŠ Portal till 16. 8. 2024.
Step two
Fill the online Application
Please follow these instructions: How to fill in an application for 2nd cycle study programms (online presentation).
The procedure starts with the candidate’s application for study in the Republic of Slovenia, which is submitted in electronic form on the eVŠ portal. The procedure is run by the authorised person at the University Member (academy or faculty).
The required documentations for our program are:
- *Scan/photo of the diploma (scan all the pages of the document)
- *Scan/photo of the diploma supplement*, transcript or other relevant document in evidence of content and duration of education. Please contact the relevant authorized person to check if any translations are needed: List of authorized persons at the University of Ljubljana
- *Scan/photo of chronological description of the completed education (signed by the candidate)
- Copy of your personal ID/passport
*If the documents are not in Slovene or English language, it is obligatory to official translate and notarize them.
Step three
Recognition of Foreign Education for Enrolment
The recognition procedure is a part of the enrolment procedure. The candidates submit the recognition application together with the study enrolment application (on the online eVŠ portal).
Step four
Check Email
The entire application process will be done electronically, so be careful and check your email box daily.
For the final enrolment you will have the Skype interview.
